The executive management team of Info Kinetics has diverse expertise in both the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries and is strongly committed in providing quality services to its clients and employees. Info Kinetics recognizes the importance of having a committed professional team who are knowledgeable in the clinical trial industry in Asia and the diverse cultural differences and sensitivities across the region. With a strong team comprising of a pharmacokineticist, research physicians, research nurses, study coordinators, chemists, scientists and administrative staff, we are able to conduct clinical trials in compliance with GCP and GLP guidelines.

Dr Lee Toong Chow, B.Pharm(Hons), PhD, MACPP
~ Managing Director
Dr Lee is the Managing Director and founder of Info Kinetics. Dr Lee himself has often been regarded as the Hallmark of Quality. His vision for affordable quality generic drugs has spear headed the growth of the company. Dr Lee has over 10 years of cross therapeutic trial experience in phase II-IV clinical trials, classical pharmacokinetic i.v. trials, bioequivalence studies, PK/PD trials, population PK trials and drug metabolism studies for multinational pharmaceutical companies. Dr Lee is frequently involved in the conduct of national GCP, BE and GLP training or workshops. Dr Lee is also in the drafting committee for the “Malaysian Guidelines on BA & BE Studies”, as well as a member of the national BE studies working committee. Dr Lee was an Associate Professor in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacokinetics in University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC). He also co-founded the Clinical Investigation Centre and currently serves as a consultant and visiting lecturer to UMMC.
Dr Tan Wan Lin, MBBS, MRCP

Dr Tan Wan Lin is trained in pediatrics and has been with Info Kinetics as Research Physician for many years before taking up the managerial position, she is in charged on all the clinical and medical operation of the company
Mr Kenneth Ho, B.Pharm(Hons.)
~ Business Development Manager / Project Manager
Kenneth is the Business Development Manager of the Company. He is responsible for both local and international business development activities. He received his basic degree in Pharmacy and has spent a number of years with the Company as a Study Coordinator for bioequivalence studies. Kenneth is also the Project Manager whereby he is responsible for ensuring all projects undertaken by the Company is meeting the target timelines.
Ms Sia Nga Ling, B.Sc.(Hons.), MRQA
~ Quality Manager
Sia Nga Ling, B.Sc (Hons), MRQA, is the Quality Manager whose responsibility encompasses the implementation of the Company’s quality policy as well as developing external QS for Info Kinetics client. Besides developing and reviewing departmental SOPs, Nga Ling establishes, implements and maintains a continually improving quality system, which complies with national and international requirements. Being the Lead Auditor of the Company, Nga Ling conducts audits of all departmental functions, processes and systems. In addition she acts as consultant and facilitator for external laboratory or facilities.

Dato’ Dr Gan is the Group Managing Director of USAINS Holding Sdn Bhd. Dato’ Gan is not only well known for his academic contribution in pharmaceutical area, but also a very successful CEO. He has successfully launched many of USM’s patents into commercialization. He is a well known figure and respected in pharmaceutical corporate world.
Dr Yap Kok Wei, PhD
CEO, Gleneagles CRC
Dr Yap is the President and CEO of the Gleneagles CRC Group of companies. He is one of the founders for the Gleneagles CRC Group and spearheaded the Company in management and corporate strategies in the clinical trial industry. He is responsible for overseeing the Company’s corporate strategic business development and its operations locally and regionally. Dr Yap has 15 years of extensive regional business & corporate development, and marketing experiences in many countries particularly in Asia, United Arab Emirates & Yemen, thus giving him a proficient understanding of the diversity of Asian & Middle Eastern business landscape and culture. Dr Yap was involved in the early phases of the Biotechnology industry in Australia as well as in Singapore, holding positions of responsibility in academia, Head of R&D as well as in management in the private sector. Dr Yap has previously managed pre-clinical and clinical trials in the region. Dr Yap holds a PhD from Murdoch University and Masters and Bachelor degrees in Applied Sciences from Curtin University in Australia.
